Extortionists
These people extort families by forcing them to use their app through government contracts with family court. We don’t have a choice but to give this company a combined $600 annually to use them. The app is buggy, it crashes constantly, who knows what they’re doing with the video recordings of our children. We don’t have a say in it. These people are disgusting and no better than Flock.

Good program but need more repeat options. By weeks of month, like 1st week and 3rd week.
My schedule is 1st weekend and 3rd weekends of month. Then every month that has a 5 weekend we alternate visits.
I have to manually put in every month.
Please add this option and it will help greatly. I want to keep using this app but I’ll need to get a different app if this can’t be added.

Scam
This company has an extremely unethical refund policy that takes advantage of people. My coparent cancelled her subscription without telling me, leaving me with a 1 year subscription to a useless platform. OFW refused to refund my subscription even though I requested it very quickly after it auto renewed and after explaining what happened. Be very cautious. Avoid this company if you can. If you’re court ordered to use it - good luck.

No existing support no one is there to respond on Tuesday and weednesday.. no phone to call no one responds to emails except bots

The fact you can only pay annually is a joke not everyone can afford to pay the full amount upfront!
