Kinda tough to get ahold of support (no phone only email) but they did fix my issues rapidly once they emailed me back

An amazing alternative to the insanely priced and underdelivering alternatives. Amazing app, great customer service, and really friendly UI - I highly recommend this app!!
Great concept…
But infuriating to use. Every time you try to do something it says “you don’t seem to be able to do that…” unusable

needs a lot of improvement
It does not come with a button for users to authorize video call recording. It just automatically records it and you can’t change that.

All chat messages are undeletable and unalterable. Same goes for the recorded calls. Allowing users to opt out of this at will would be counterintuitive for the accountability part of the app. All the best, Erik
Constant issues
Considering I’m paying £6.99 for the app there’s constant issues. When messages are sent they still are in the writing box so constantly having to delete previous message. Messages are delayed in sending or repeat multiple times. Not very happy with the constant issues

Hello! The chatmessage being in the Svendborg after sending a message has been fixed. The 1-4 second delay in sending until it’s actually sent is the AI analysing the message before it is sent. All the best, Erik
