Glitches Galore
The conversation threads in this app constantly disappear and I have to close out of the app and re-open it (10x still isn’t enough sometimes I have to leave the app alone for an hour and just come back for the conversation to re-load and appear. Just recently (right now actually) I am having to try deleting the entire app and redownloading because I completely stopped receiving notifications from the other co-parent despite them sending messages.

Glitches
Idea is great, and happy to pay for the features! However, there are lots of glitches, including messages not sending, notifications not coming through, the chat sometimes shows as blank. These glitches are really unhelpful when you’re already trying to navigate a fractured coparenting situation. I sent an email to the developers a week ago regarding this and I’ve had no response. Money down the drain!

Constantly lagging
It’s always lagging, messages don’t always go through. Sometimes the messages don’t load at all even after closing and restarting app. Super frustrating
Some slight delay
Initial setup was fairly simple. Haven’t really dived into the app or given it enough time to get a real feel of the mechanics. I did have a slight issue with seeing new messages being sent to me or me being able to send messages. But it looks like the problem has been resolved. I will give it a few months and then update my review. Right now I’m standing at about 3-1/2 stars but I’ll give the benefit of the doubt with a 4 star rating.

Changes your messages without your knowledge
I was shocked to find out that this app is as changing my messages without my knowledge. What my screen showed was completely different than what my exes phone showed and it caused a lot of unnecessary conflict and confusion because of adding as much as multiple sentences. I had a protective order and do not feel comfortable spending time with my children’s father and this app changed me offering 2:30 as a good time for him to drop off things (he’s not even allowed in my house) to “looking forward to spending time together with you”. This is not ok!
