Saves your sanity
Roughly 1/3 of the messages my coparent sends are passive aggressive or clearly violate boundaries. BestInterest filters out the negativity and helps keep things logistics focused and neutral. My coparent also refuses to use a coparenting app so Boundary Line helps me get what I need even when my coparent refuses to cooperate. Thank you for helping protect my mental wellbeing.

Unreliable currently
I loved this app to start with, unfortunately, since my free trial expired and I have been paying for it monthly, it’s suddenly become very unreliable. There is a constant issue with tone guardian being unavailable and even if you want to send it anyway, it won’t allow you to send your messages. This is a serious issue needing resolution because it creates a major problem not being able to send any messages for extended periods with no identifiable way to fix it. Support is essentially non existent, too. This is an even bigger problem.

I no longer have to read all the toxic messages. This app filters out what is necessary, which helps me keep a positive mindset.
Issues with notifications
I have messed with these setting for the past few months. Please fix the notifications. Text messages don’t notify me with text alerts sounds. They sound merely like a “ding” update from an app. You know ding ding! Someone on facebook posted to their newsfeed etc… fix it please
A powerful resource that changed everything!
This app changed my entire co-parenting experience in a positive way at the perfect time. We are high conflict and had bad communication cycles. My ex refused to get on an app and I needed something to change to break our cycle. I found this app and it changed everything. It stopped me from communicating emotionally and it helped me interpret his communication in a way I had never before picked up on. It gave me confidence to identify his communication as abusive and unacceptable, and helped ensure I didn’t continue to repeat or contribute to the cycle. I highly recommend trying this app - it was transformative in my co-parenting, high conflict dynamic!
