Являюсь постоянным пассажиром данной авиакомпании ! Покупаю всегда место 1А для комфортного перелета! У меня вопрос - почему при не полной посадки мест в салоне сажают всегда бесплатно на первый ряд пассажиров???

Спасибо за отзыв! При покупке услуги выбора места вы оплачиваете конкретное посадочное место и это гарантирует, что во время полёта вы будете сидеть именно на том месте, за которое заплатили. Обращаем внимание, что пересадка пассажиров возможна только по решению бортпроводников и при необходимости. Пассажир не может самостоятельно выбрать или занять другое место без разрешения экипажа.
