We tried to book a flight that we thought was cheap from a company they provided us turned out to be a total scam!

No refund
I bought a flight and had to pay extra for carry on luggage. When I called the airline to confirm my flight; they informed me that there was no purchase for a carry on. I had to pay again to add the luggage. When I called customer service for the app they put it back on the airline and were carelessly rude about the whole thing. Live and learn. Won’t be using them again.
