Flight not available
I have been in and out of the app many times now. When I get to check out, it cancels my transaction & says “this flight is not available” yet it continues to appear in my search on the app as well as the browser. Very frustrating!
Bait and switch
Absolutely Horrible! Everything looked as though I were booking the hotel I usually get for work but they switched it to a location 45 minutes away from where I needed for work. Then the place I was sent was very dangerous and nasty. They wouldn’t cancel and I lost out on four days of hotel. Highly recommend another booking site

Horrible place to book flights
They deserve 0 stars . I will never ever use this service again to book a flight. The customer service representatives are extremely rude , i booked a international flight , took the flight im in the international airport with a 22hr layover . I paid for a changeable ticket. When I first booked I spoke to a representative and he stated I could call in and change the flight . I tried doing so and the representative had none of my information and was becoming Irate with me because he could not confirm the address . When all of my information is within the app. Then I called back , spoke to a different representative , again extremely rude . She informed me I would have to pay and ADDITIONAL $438 to change my flight home. I will never in my life use this service and I suggest you dont either

First of all, you can’t understand anything that their reps are saying they have false advertisement in CheapOair isn’t very cheap at I know look at my reviews. Did you know cheap at all. They’re actually good at ripping people off please don’t book a flight with them. I bought changeable tickets but its was false advertising i will never book with cheapo air. Go southwest
