Scanning option not working
When I try to scan barcodes, it quickly closes the scanning option on my phone and an error message in red says “unable to find your family. Please go to a manned station.”
Check out is to time consuming
When 6 plus parents all walk in the door at once check out is clunky and time consuming . Would be easier to pull up by class and check out students instead of typing all the names and then have so many click through a to get a green. Or just simplify the number of steps needed. There also need to be a report feature so we can see who is checked in. Need a way to monitor who is still in the building.

App doesn’t like iPad os 16… it’s been 10 months since an update

Works well… but…
We’ve been using this for a while at our church thanks to covid. We tried out self check in on Sunday and for the most part it went really well. A few small improvements would help…
1. On the iPad screen to put the mobile in, the screen shouldn’t be able to move up and down as it makes it slightly harder to enter numbers well.
2. Since not everyone wants to give their mobile number, there should be an option on the main screen to either enter mobile number OR your own name. Or to press a button called “no mobile” or “type name”.
It’s time consuming to change to “manned” with a password etc.
Would be great if these small things were improved. But overall it worked great and we’re looking forward to shifting from manned stations to self check ins to free up our people to engage more in conversations as they welcome people.

poor setup
In the setup they validate your church domain, even if you are a long time customer and CCB user, if the system does not recognize you, there is recourse, no pick from list and validation of email, you are stuck with the unhappy experience of trying to contact a person.

It’s getting better....
Can we please add the ability to have **live** check in reports on both mobile and iPad apps? We currently only see “reports” listed on our desktop. It would be nice for volunteers in a classroom to see a roster of who’s in their room from the app. This would also help in case of an emergency - we could easily pull up our room rosters in case of a fire or lockdown or any event where we have to move the kids. We could then go down the list to make sure everyone is accounted for.

They should test updates before the release
Sometime everything works. Then they update before the weekend and it all stops sending your kids check in team into a frenzy. Support is closed on the weekend makes since because that’s the only time you use the app. Planning Center seems to be the best option

App is crashing upon startup.
Session expires after 2 min
This version has been "crashing" often. We have our iPads setup as check-in stations for 4-5 hours each Sunday. The sessions have been expiring every few minutes, however, so in the middle of check-in, we constantly have to reinsert our credentials. We would greatly appreciate it if the next version fixed this glitch. Thanks

Great app, printing for Zebra 510 not possible
This app is a great solution for mobile self check in, however it is un-usable with the Zebra 510 printers until CCB fixes the software. If you're looking to use this along with a tablet and printers, wait to purchase all your hardware until this problem is resolved!

Enjoy the app but can I have an option with no printer. I like the fact that we don't need labels on mass event checkins.
