About
Your weight is one data point. Your trend tells the clearer story.
Check-In: Scales is a private, local-first weight tracker that keeps daily readings in context and helps you understand longer-term progress.
SEE PROGRESS CLEARLY
• See your trend weight alongside your latest reading
• Track body-fat percentage separately, with manual entry and optional Apple Health import
• Explore accessible charts across useful time ranges
• Review weekly changes, recaps, averages, lows, and detailed reports
• Add notes and context to understand the story behind each entry
CHOOSE A GOAL THAT FITS
Set a goal to lose, gain, or maintain weight. Follow overall progress, upcoming milestones, and estimated date ranges based on your trend. Goals can be paused, finished, or changed at any time.
BUILD CONSISTENCY WITHOUT STREAKS
Choose a flexible weekly check-in target and optional daily reminders. Missed weeks never erase an achievement or trigger guilt-based messaging.
LOG YOUR WAY
Enter weights in kilograms, pounds, or stone and pounds. Edit past entries, choose whether a reading is included in your trend, and use widgets for a quick view or fast logging.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your records are stored locally on your device. No account, ads, or third-party tracking. Discreet mode masks exact values across the app and widgets, while optional Face ID, Touch ID, device passcode, or an app passcode helps protect access. Export your history as CSV, create a backup, or restore when you choose.
APPLE HEALTH, ON YOUR TERMS
Connect Apple Health only if you want to. Check-In: Scales can import and save body mass and body-fat percentage. HealthKit access is optional; core tracking works without it. Your health data is not sent to our servers, used for advertising or analytics, or sold to third parties.
Choose from 13 app languages in Settings. Check-In: Scales is designed for personal tracking and general information. It is not medical advice. Goal projections are estimates, not deadlines.
