I bought my shoes from the Nike store and I show them on here and then it has. The audacity to say it fake even tho is from Nike. Like does check check even work?
Waste of money
I have two accounts with this app, and both were loaded with credits. After their recent update, I suddenly lost all of my credits.
I contacted their support team, but they have been unable to resolve the issue. They keep telling me that credits should not disappear after an update, but that is exactly what happened to both of my accounts.
I had saved those credits for future checks and used my hard-earned money to purchase them. Losing all of them because of an app update is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
The support has been very disappointing, and this issue needs to be resolved.

It’s ok
They give you one free check and then you have to pay. You have to take a picture of certain parts of the shoe/clothes or accessories. Then you have to choose whether you want them to have a limit of 15 minutes (which I’m sure would give a less accurate check) and 30 minutes (which would be a better check). That’s it.
