Bad service
This app isn’t reliable they either don’t come or either come to early to double charge you for your money. I just wouldn’t recommend using the app at all because they have bad customer service & there wasting your time.
Who’s running the show
Had a dispute about their pricing my emailed receipt said one thing but in the cab I was told something else. When I tried to contact the company I’ve yet to receive any response and whenever I call it seems I can only set up a ride not speak to a real person.

Driver never showed up but said he was in front of my house.
Had me late for work then I tried them again never got a answer was looking for drivers for hours it not worth the time

Does this even exist
Booked rides hours in advance. No cars ever showed. Had to download Lyft and get picked up.

App crashed twice before I could even register an account.

The drivers never come sometimes but it’s gotten a lot better.

Horrible
Cabs never on time. Even if I order in advance. Need drivers definitely a Lyft are Uber more reliable.
App does not work with dispatch
For some reason between the app, the drivers and dispatch there is no communication. My driver shower up to the wrong house 10 minutes earlier than requested. He blew. He did not call and with the new cars we had no way of knowing he was here for us. I called the dispatch line and she didn’t even know you could request a cab at a certain time. I was hung up on and transferred for no reason. I had to speak with 3 different people before I was told my driver would be contacted to come back. Also, when you physically enter your address and request a cab, the app changes your address to what they believe is your gps location. So watch out for that glitch because I believe that may be what cause the driver to go to the wrong house. I went back and changed my address to my house twice and he still ended up across the street. If it wasn’t for the fact that I only have cash I’d just request a lyft. I can’t wait for my car to be fixed and not have to endure any of this!

Improvement needed ASAP!!
Use this app all the time I depend on it to get me to and from work on a daily basis and for the past week or so the app has been down its really inconvenient that the app is always down should really make the app A priority.

The app is ok but could use a ton of improvememnet like better gps tracking. It would be better if passengers were able to rate drivers as far a quality. I have had a couple of bad experiences with some of them already..
Good app
The can came on time. It let me know how my cab driver was..
Wrong address
-50⭐️ The first couple of times were great then the bottom fell out. The drivers show up to the wrong address more times than not and then say I wasn’t at the pickup location. I was there but you weren’t.
