Scheduling Doesn't Work.
I loved this app! But then all of a sudden, the schedule function doesn't work. And seeing other reviews, I know its not just me. (I even tried logging out and reinstalling the app!).
I also noticed a drop in drivers. Used to not be a problem to book (maybe have a bit of a wait time of ~30 minutes, but i could still book). Now, most of the time, I try to book a ride and the app says there are no drivers! So I end up having to pay for an Uber/Lyft to work anyway!
When it works, its great! Never had any issues with the drivers I've rode with.

Availability
It’s never available when needed and now ask me what I need it for like that makes a difference it don’t matter what I need it for give me a ride to my “destination” it’s that simple all these extra features is unnecessary you could easily replace uber and lift with this service if it was available more often

Good luck getting a ride especially now that they ask you why you’re traveling. It was already difficult to get a ride before. I assume now they’ll know exactly who to discriminate against. Smh

I love the app it amazing but i just wanted to share if yall could expand yall map in Michigan besides a few cities
They need more drivers
Every time I use this app, there are no rides available and the drivers drive terribly I wish there were more drivers so there are more rides. Also they need to expand their map so we can go more places.
