Horrible car and driver
Hi this driver and car hit us when the car was on a red light and my car was on a green light. But of course the “SMART” flex car was fine but my car is demolished. Don’t ever use this app and stuff just us uber. Also if I could I would give this app a ZERO STAR. So thanks smart flex for killing my car and almost me.

Scheduling Doesn't Work.
I loved this app! But then all of a sudden, the schedule function doesn't work. And seeing other reviews, I know its not just me. (I even tried logging out and reinstalling the app!).
I also noticed a drop in drivers. Used to not be a problem to book (maybe have a bit of a wait time of ~30 minutes, but i could still book). Now, most of the time, I try to book a ride and the app says there are no drivers! So I end up having to pay for an Uber/Lyft to work anyway!
When it works, its great! Never had any issues with the drivers I've rode with.

Availability
It’s never available when needed and now ask me what I need it for like that makes a difference it don’t matter what I need it for give me a ride to my “destination” it’s that simple all these extra features is unnecessary you could easily replace uber and lift with this service if it was available more often

Good luck getting a ride especially now that they ask you why you’re traveling. It was already difficult to get a ride before. I assume now they’ll know exactly who to discriminate against. Smh
