Purposefully bad design

I’ve never used an app that logs you out EVERY single time you leave the app, including opening the control center and multitasking menu. It’s very obvious they make the app as unintuitive as possible to discourage people from checking it and thus getting more tickets.

What about the employees downtown?

Love the app very convenient for people who don’t carry much cash. But my parking shouldn’t be cut off to restart it. As a restaurant worker I don’t always have the ability to go and check my parking at the exact time I’m suppose to. Which has caused me to get parking tickets. When I’m at work I just want to focus on that. It would be nice to be able to pay for my full parking time one time!
