Good but can be better
It s a good idea but I need to update an app each 3 weeks, an updating takes usually lots of time that makes me uncomfortable to use the app.

Everyday user
Uploaded the update and it’s working even worse than earlier today. Couldn’t open it at all for travelling, paid with my Credit card.
Good app, but Apple Pay integration missing
I only used this app for a day while in Monaco and it worked fine as I was able to purchase a bus pass without hassle. However, paying for the same was tedious as I had to manually enter card details. Integrating with Apple Pay would make things much easier for the users.
Very low quality
For example it is very hard if not impossible to change payment card. So frustrating.
Outdated and buggy
Impossible to add a card, the app goes into a « wrong password » loop. Worse, it locks you out after 6 logins, a security practice from the 90s no one implements anymore. It’s unintuitive, complex to use and doesn’t even support Apple Pay.
