Driver arrived at the wrong location, waited out the timer, ignored me when I waved him down, and charged me a €10 no-show fee anyway.
Customer service was rude and refused to investigate the situation or issue a refund.
Beyond disappointed. This is one of the worst examples of poor customer service and unfair business practices I’ve experienced.

There are not a lot of taxis available and they are the only ride in town after the last train. People were waiting at the taxi stand by Casino Monte Carlo and the driver skipped all of them because we booked on the app
