We had a wonderful experience and our driver went out of the way to make us feel comfortable and we learned so much the local traditions and culture. A real treasure all the way around!

The app interface means a lot of work because it’s almost impossible to put most destinations so you have to put a random destination and just request where you actually want to go

45 minute wait
In a country where there is no uber, this system should be more efficient. It is not, you are at the mercy of this incompetent platform. Waited over 45 minutes on a Monday afternoon, still no dispatch. Needs competition to become more efficient. Broken system at the disadvantage of the client.

Worst taxi app ever
Tried to get a taxi. Taxi driver ignored me as he drove passed twice. He then Charged €10 because the driver “couldn’t find us”. I was right there in front of you.

Driver arrived at the wrong location, waited out the timer, ignored me when I waved him down, and charged me a €10 no-show fee anyway.
Customer service was rude and refused to investigate the situation or issue a refund.
Beyond disappointed. This is one of the worst examples of poor customer service and unfair business practices I’ve experienced.

There are not a lot of taxis available and they are the only ride in town after the last train. People were waiting at the taxi stand by Casino Monte Carlo and the driver skipped all of them because we booked on the app
