Does not work online
I accidentally entered my phone number with one digit incorrect. The app WILL NOT LET ME CHANGE OR UPDATE. I deleted the account & started from scratch but it still not let me add or change my information. It says this information is already in the system and cannot be used for more than one account. App will not let me save updated correct phone number. Very frustrating.

This app sold me a parking spot in a garage that wasn’t open. When I reached out to their customer support they told me it is against their policy to give refunds.

Awful app but unfortunately necessary
This app SUCKS to put it simply. You have to log in every time you open the app. If you stay on the app too long (longer than 30 seconds) without any interaction it logs you out again. If you even swipe out of the app for a second to check your plate number it logs you out again. I also will never understand why i can’t pay for longer than 2 hours at a time (if it gets closer to 10pm it will let me go up to 4 hours) but this app is so time consuming on days that I’m at home all day and not moving my car. Need to re up every 2 hours. PLEASE FIX THIS - all of midtown residents

They don’t post signs where there supposed be people biking zones, they lurk around waiting to give tickets for there’s no proper signs for parking , the workers have terrible attitude, I hope the city of Detroit does better

They need to fix issue where every time I swipe off app the app signs me out, it’s annoying and instead could be a default stayed signed in feature with opt out for people who want auto logout.
Shorter increments for time
-The minimum/max time and price for parking are not ideal for those working or just in the areas with city parking signage.
-There are also no mechanisms for refunds if parking is unused.
-The price for late payment is also ridiculous. If a person wasn’t able to pay the first amount, why would they be able to afford the additional?
-There should be a grace period from time of parking (actually walking away from a parked vehicle) until it can be ticketed.

I enjoy ParkDetroit because it is convenient once you sign up. You just have to push a button and you’re all set. Great way to park.
