Getting buggy with each update
Used to be a really useful app. But now the iOS version doesn’t let you add new lists. You can’t order your lists in the main menu as was possible before. There’s no help or how-to, so very frustrating.

this is one of the few checklists i’ve seen on the app store thats not really bad, so thats good.
not perfect, though. theres probably something there that could be fixed, but i haven’t found them yet.

Deleted all items after update
I was this app for some time and had a number of items in the list. Well, when they applied an update all my items disappeared. I contacted the developer and explained the the problem and they said they would look into the problem and get back to me. As of now, I haven’t heard one word as to why I lost all of my items after the update. Because of the lack of response and the indifference in attitude I’m deleting this app and using another task app. When you add items they should preserve what has been added during the update. There are may tasks apps and I’m going to use another.

Update Deleted Lists
I had several lists that I have been all disappeared since updating. Very frustrating.

When the app updated ALL of my lists were deleted. I've had those lists for years with very important information on them. I used to love this app and now I'm sick.

After the update all my lists were gone. I had so much info in there. Wish there was a way to get them back, otherwise I’m switching to a different app?!
New version kicked me out
Wont let me log in with my old password and the new password says i have no lists
I did love it!
I have loved this App for the 2 years I’ve had it. I used it for everything!! Then last week I opened it to add something to a list I had for vacation and all my lists were GONE!! No warning or anything. I’m so mad I can’t retrieve any of the lists I’ve made.
Your update just deleted all most old checklists
I was using your app to help run a small business. Looks like you pushed an update that now requires users to be logged in. I don’t think your previous version even required users to log in. Anyways, after the update I was forced to create an account and now all my lists have disappeared. Horrible.
Deleted Lists
My app automatically updated and forced me to create an account. This account has none of the lists that I have been keeping track off for the last couple of years. Previously loved this app, hate that I can’t fully enjoy the update now that everything is gone😭
New version- no warning
An automatic update to the new version has resulted in all my checklists being deleted. I can’t say how annoying that is. Checklists that I use daily are gone. Pretty rubbish. No warning. No option to migrate old lists. Useless
Lists disappeared
I loved this app until the recent update deleted all of my lists without any warning to save those items. Thanks a lot…. I need an app that is dependable.

Data Gone Without Warning
I was extremely happy with this app until I opened it today and it was updated and all my historical data was gone. Grocery lists. Preferences. Karaoke songs. Password reminders. All sorts of stuff. Very disheartened that it’s all just gone, with some of it unlikely to ever be remembered. That’s what this app was for. 😓

Update and all my lists have gone
I use this app on a daily basis to keep certain aspects of life in order.
I’ve opened the app today and found I was logged out… then after the rigmarole of trying to get logged back in I find ALL of my checklists have disappeared and the app is completely different.
I saw no advance warning of the app being updated and completely changed. I would certainly have taken screen shots of my checklists if there had been.
Very disappointing.

Missing Checklist
I’ve been using checklist for close to a year. I went to use one f mine and all of my checklists are gone and it reset my password. I’m not really happy about it and can’t find out how to retrieve them.
Lost all my info
After the update, all of my lists are completely gone. This is the second time that has happened to me with this app and it’s so hard to rebuild. I relied on this for my bills and when they were due and now I’ve lost all of it. Very upset.
Not worth the time!
I downloaded this app at noon today, it is now after 7:00 and I STILL have NOT received ANY email for confirmation!

Looked like a great tool. After a lengthy sign-up process, which took me to their home page. I could not get the app to sign-in on my phone.
What I saw of the sample events lists this would have been perfect for me, but sadly the app does not work with my iPhone.

New app
Used to like this. The new interface prompted me to close the previous account. Now I can’t even log in with the new credentials In the iOS and web both I can’t move tasks to other lists. Can’t attach files in iOS. Uninstalled.
