Fraud customer support owing my rewards and points
Cres and Jessa customer representative lied with me about my $2 credit for Amazon to get into my Checkpoints account and also they owe my 46 points. Fraud customer support and never resolve the issues. Making fraud excuses every time such as investigating on the rewards missing. I want my $2 for Amazon. Contacting the higher management about their fraud.

I used to love this app, I was able to make at least $50 in gift cards. But for over a year now, it has not once allowed me to get any kind of points because it just constantly is in searching mode. Don’t waste your time on it I promise you it’s not going to work.
Easy app to use BUT getting rewards challenging.
I have been trying to get different gift cards since December 2025. MANY emails to support. Still no gift cards, but did get points refunded once. Still trying to get more points refunded or a gift card. Very frustrating!!!

I do like this app. Do I LOVE it? Not yet. I want to love it but, I’m having a hard time getting it to work properly. If they will just get that one little “bug” worked through, it’ll be an awesome app!

What is up with this app? Maybe one day a week will it actually show a store or two, but of course when you get there, it’s gone. Otherwise it’s the spinning wheel. This app used to be really good; what’s going on? Is it going the way of Shopkick’s? Please fix this app!
They should call it NOPOINTS
I don’t even know what to say. It sometimes works. Takes you months to earn $5 and now it doesn’t even work. No check ins no surveys, no customer service. Worst app ever.

app doesn't work anymore. the searching wheel keeps stays on the screen. even after logging out and back in and deleting the app and reinstalling, i still get the spinning searching wheel.

I like this app but it periodically has flaws where I’m not able to scan products and that’s very frustrating and I have to email Support about it. They respond fairly quickly and compensate me for my missing points, but I didn’t earn as many points as I should’ve had a been able to scan all the products.

Nothing works
Nothing works, I try to check in and all I get is the wheel of death. I’ve logged off several times and It just spins and spins and spins. It’s been doing this for at least 3-4 months Nothing!!! Very embarrassing. I was surprised I got this rating review.
