I really like this app!
I really enjoy using this app, not only does it have stretches warmup ups and stuff like that. But it also has drills and routines for specific areas you aren’t good in, this app can help improve you within a few months/ weeks of using it. What i LOVE about this app is that they have stretches for the different tumbling and stunts you want, and if you have pro or premium you can get a in depth workout. This is really really good and I would recommend using it. It also tracks your progress & gives you rewards and badges for achieving a skill, me personally that is really encouraging and helpful if you are stuck in a certain skill. Not only that but it tells you what skills you need to learn next in order to pass a level.
