Tips included without explicit agreement
Thats just unacceptable. whole app is a glitchy web interface mess. icons frequently don’t load. adding an item to your order requires an insane scroll for no reason because the developers never heard of a collapsing menu. I doubt the developers even know what UI stands for the whole interface is so abysmal. Just happy I can rip of this horribly planned startup with there 2 for 1 deals while its still running. The menu at the actual stores is kinda funny.

So you guys are located in London Ont? I live in London Ont! I try to order delivery an I put in my address, “ you aren’t in range of the store.” 😐 so where tf do y’all deliver? Down the street? A couple blocks? Y’all walking?

Online payment charged and then failed to order. The most buggy app to order, made probably in 5 mins. What is this?
No option to tip anymkre
The app works fine, but i almost feel bad ordering knowing my driver won’t be tipped.

app works fine, but you need to buy $20 worth for the scratch off ticket promo codes to work. would've been nice if they said that on them.
Cannot access current points/rewards
The new update caused me to lose all of my progress and chef coins. Every time I try to log in via Facebook, it bounces me back to the original login screen. I’m quite sad as I had accumulated a fair number of points.
Facebook login loop
I try to log in through fb which opens fb then I press log in and it brings me back to the chef page to log in on fb. Annoying.
New Update Issues
Unable to log in after the new update. Reset password doesn’t work, and I’ve already gotten a pretty high rank in the app therefore I wouldn’t want to create a new one.
New Update Causes Issues
Love the food and service, but the apps most recent update has made it so I cannot log in. Reset password requests do not happen(checked spam) and the log in with Facebook just brings an error. Please fix!

Simply the best delivery fast food, its essentially like a real restaurant level of quality, but unfortunately that means they charge real restaurant prices, it aint cheap!

No Delivery Time Or Delivery Map
The app takes a long time to load and once you order the food, you have no idea when it’ll arrive. It would be nice if they implemented this feature ): app is glitchy and it almost wouldn’t let me use my chef points to pay. Can be confusing
Delivery Progress
The ordering process is good, I would like to see how long I have until I receive my order! It would allow me to know how much time I can allocate to errands without waiting around.
