Unnecessarily signs you out periodically
Its an app on my phone. There is no reason for you to *ever* sign me out

It’s slow and often freezes. It’s also difficult to edit or search for reservations.
Never worked
I’m sorry but in order to get a higher rating the app at least has to let me login or sign up which it failed to do… The app support and help center were not very helpful either… I’m sure if you can get the app to work it’s good but just frustrating that their software doesn’t work
The app is horrible
Having to authenticate for just to use my password is infuriating. One of the worse things about this app.
Disappointing support - review about CHEQROOM in general, not just this app
We’re well over a year in on using this program. I don’t use this app much because the desktop app is much more powerful. In general, the whole system lacks quite a few important features for us. The more disappointing part is that we pay over $3500 a year for this program and the customer support is basically worthless.
We’re constantly stuck trying to find work-arounds and sneaky ways to deal with bugs that go unacknowledged by the support team.
I’d switch programs in a heartbeat if I could find something with similar feature sets. (Here’s my hint that represents I’m likely to keep shelling out money to this company in hopes things continue to improve)
There’s so much potential for this program to exceed in meeting the needs of my industry, but I won’t recommend it to anyone until some basic needs are met.

User Interface is among the worst I’ve ever seen.
The app itself has decent functionality, but it’s really hard to see through what is probably the clunkiest user interface I’ve ever encountered. Hopefully they continue to improve there, because the back end isn’t bad. But the UI is so bad it makes me not even want to use the app.

Amazing!!!
Easy too use, fully featured, with a modern interface. It just works!!! Will save you time and money if you have lots of assets. It is primarily a booking system, but also can replace your asset software and also enable you to input warranty information and PAT testing.

Admin rights
Is there an app that admin can use? That gives notifications for all bookings from numerous people’s bookings? Rather than just relying on emails?

Great to use for a business but not for an educational setting. Students would need to sign up for an account. Notifications of them checkin in and out equipment doesn’t always work.
Good idea, but too clunky
Certain steps could be made more efficient. For example. Once you tap on a reservation, it takes 3 more taps to add additional gear to the reservation and an additional 3 more taps to check out the equipment.
Each step could be a quick single tap to add more gear and another tap to check out the reservation.

Not user-friendly
By far the least user-friendly app I’ve ever used. It’s difficult to edit reservations because the app just deletes your whole reservation and you have to restart. You also can’t see if an item is available until it’s in your reservation, and then the app doesn’t let you delete it so you have to start over. Good idea but bad execution.

Great app for office resource tracking!
This app has streamlined the booking process for our office facilities, resources, technology and vehicles. Very easy to use once you set it up with what you need. Would recommend.
Great idea
I love the idea of this app but the design is not super intuitive. The check in feature should be on dashboard - favorite equip or locations should be made accessible for users that check out the same items over and over.
