I love the app. However, the last few days the app stopped working. Are you updating the app?

The title agent I was connected to even though I pay for this app restricted my use of it. Several times I went to use an app I’m paying for and was restricted by the title agent because I haven’t sent him closings. Not only will I not renew and be using other tool. In all I will not be sending any closing your way.

Crashes Constantly on iPad Pro
I use the OSX and iPhone app all the time, but the app won’t even open on my M1 iPad Pro. The app will start to open and then quit. Please fix this.
Beware of the bugs!
Considering the purpose of the app, incorrect and inconsistent math results are unacceptable. And when the developers ignore your email regarding these issues one must wonder what they might be preoccupied with.
Paid for 2.0 version in 2013 will not renew
I paid for the upgraded premium 2.0 version in 2013. In 2016 they started making you check in with the marketing reps or they would lock your app. I have been calling since 2017 and emailing asking for the app to be activated again, as I PAID for the upgraded subscription.
I called the marketing rep in Houston today named Oliver and he was more concerned with setting an appointment “sometime next week to meet in person”, DURING COVID, or he wouldn’t reactivate my app. Great customer service…

This is by far the best tool for marketing using the premium section. With just the click of a few buttons and completing just a couple of fields, it is possible to post to social media something new every day for months. Horrible App & Julie Mezher has nothing to do with it!
This App is horrible! It keeps telling me to contact Julie Mezher...well I sent the email over 6xs and she finally called me & she had an Attitude stating that she has nothing to do with this app! Now I can’t use the app! I’ve paid for something that I can’t use! DO NOT BUY! App doesn’t work! SCAM!
Not a net sheet app
Loved it when i could use it for what it’s suppose to be used for. I had the app that they provided I got tired of asking rep to renew my app for net sheets and closing costs so I purchased a year and still can not access net for buyer or seller. Rep tells me

Paid for this APP and now they want me to pay again!!
I purchased this app years ago when I was a new Realtor and have enjoyed the app. I like being able to customize my info and my clients info. Now all of a sudden this App wants me to pay for those things I’ve had all these years. WRONG WRONG WRONG.

Keep taking away feature
This was my go to calculator for clients, but they keep taking away features. Now logo and photo are taken out.
