Smart realtors use this app to save time

My broker introduced me to this and have had my last 3-4 buyers use this app to deposit their EMD, 0 complaints. I like the fact you can add other ppl in the transaction to keep them in the loop. Very useful!

Takes a Simple Process and Makes It Sketcky

Any app that collects money and the only option to pay is Plaid where I have to put in my bank credentials and have them automatically institute a bank-to-bank xfer should be avoided at all cost. Literally any other method of payment would be preferable.

App doesn’t work

The app doesn’t work for me. I have to use my laptop

Function issues

Same as others are reporting. Great when it works but presently it won’t send authentication code to proceed with login. At this point because it wouldn’t recognize the escrow holder that I always use the app.

Good idea terrible app

iOS app constantly crashes with a token error
Can’t even get it to work anymore deleting and reinstalling
Support response time is terrible and came back with so many questions I felt like I was doing the diagnostic work for them

When this worked it was a great help too bad there doesn’t seem to be any focus on the user experience
