Refund dealing
I don't recommend Chic Me. I ordered a dress that didn't fit. I requested a refund, and the process with Chic Me began. It is very complicated to get a refund from them. They don't give you a 100% refund and don't send the return label. They don't take customers seriously.
Bunch of thieves
Please please dont try to buy item here because they will frustrate you. Thier tracking is zero, return is zero in a million times, customer service zero. Please dont try to shop here

Worst experience ever.
Package made it to New York, but the horrible shipping company Chic have lost it and still shows like is still in transit that was two months ago since I order it. Chic did not wanted it to refund my money, funny thing is that they blame at the shipping company and they want it them to pay me back my refund :). I had to escalate this to PayPal and they end up giving me full refund the next day.

I download this app expecting chic items and the first thing I see are some nasty nasty feet with white toenails that aren’t even painted to the edge and they’re like Animal claws! Just disgusting!
🤢 all I could think about was how badly they smelled with all those nasty skin mites and toe jam under them!

I’m worth more than a company who throws clothing on the same sweaty person for hours to advertise cheaply is to sell cheap.
I have standards and integrity.

System Update most of the time - frustrating
I get push notifications about sales and product items, but when I go to the link the app too often has “System Update” on the screen and I can’t look at anything. This is very frustrating. Please fix it so I can look when you notify me.

I like ChicMe. Frequently they don’t tell you whether a zipper is involved or not.
I think it is a hassle to return stuff so I’ve had to give a lot of stuff away cause although my wife is small and in shape, 5’3”, 117 lbs, she is buxum And you can’t close the darn zipper.
Not very happy
Quite a bit of the product is very cheap material and when I order my sizes, it’s still too small in the breast area.
