I have shopped the local Chico store for many years and always have gotten tremendous service and clothing that actually fits. Recently I tried buying online since the sizing was so consistent and was just thrilled. The jeans are the best fitting I’ve ever had. The tops are flattering and most everything is easy to wash and care for. I highly recommend.

I am never disappointed when I purchase a Chicos item. The quality is always excellent and I have trouble deciding which item(s) to buy. Such a problem!! LOL

When I first started buying Chico’s clothing, they were much less expensive and better made. I couldn’t believe it when the prices of long sleeve button down front blouses went up to over$100 apiece. I can go to Costco and buy a blouse for under $25 that is stylish and / or a brand name.
I went to my grandchild’s College graduation and needed blue clothing I bought 2 outfits and received many compliments. So whatever I’ve bought, I’ve enjoyed. Burt prices are HIGH and even on sale they are not quite the value they were.

Only works in portrait
The app only works in portrait mode which on an ipad isn’t helpful. When do you plan to upgrade it to work in landscape mode?

App Glitches/Poor Customer Service
Can’t understand why I frequently encounter problems using app…I have to sign in over and over again, and today, after three sign ins, it still can’t bring up my order history.
Also I am perplexed by your ‘processing’ of my orders through the app. Particularly when ordering items on sale, the order status shows as ‘processing’ and gives me a ship date at least 2 weeks ahead. Then, before the ship date, the items are automatically ‘cancelled’ despite the fact that they are still on your website (at full price).
I really don’t have time to chase down orders, your customer service people are largely untrained and very frustrating to deal with.
Do better, Chicos. You’re not the only retailer out there.

Difficult shopping site.
Your site isn’t easy. Too many steps to change the quantity of my selections. Had to keep canceling and going back on to TRY to edit or change my final order.

I want to see complete details on amount per gift card and balance going to my credit card. This isn’t a good checkout process. Also yesterday I wasn’t able to access my account. You need new web staff!

Website very easy to use for this 81 year young woman. I have several Chico tops I’ve had for many years and they still look great.
