Constantly closing
App has constantly closed after 5-10 seconds of being open. Effectively useless app. How can you monitor anything when the app closed as fast as it opens? Completely insane. I’ve never had an app not work properly so often. I’ve left reviews before and the issue has never been resolved and I don’t hear from customer support, so they must not care about their customers. Terrible. I’d recommend any other brand but this one.

I’ve complained to customer service multiple times. What is the point of a baby monitor app that doesn’t allow you to MONITOR? Video never connects to phone
Glitchy and horrible
Horrible camera system. Glitches and always has trouble connection to the WiFi or camera. Freezes all the time and won’t even let me use the share code. Save your money and get something else .
Updated Review - Getting Worse
The app is ok, but very glitchy. Constantly freezes from the camera, and seems like we’re always having to reset it or something to get it to work properly.
Currently, it’s not showing any of the recordings and when I contacted support, and keep getting told that nobody is available to assist.
What good is a camera monitor if the video is always freezing/glitching and you can’t even see what’s happening in the past because it no longer shows.
My son has somehow fallen out of bed twice in the past week, and somehow, the camera wasn’t recording the motion, even though it will record if his finger flinches in his sleep. Not good to say the least.
Has gotten worse. Half the time you can’t even see anything because the video won’t load. Tried contacting customer service and keep having various different people tell me to try the same things over and over again.
If it didn’t work the first 2-3 times, why would it work now?!

Crashes
App used to be good but recently the app continues to crash.
Loading issues
It's ridiculous how bad the loading is...just circles for 5 minutes showing an empty bed that I know my child is in. Why haven't they improved this yet? I have good WiFi. It's not a problem with my network. Please, please fix this.

Simply nonfunctional, no support available
This app worked ok for long stretches, but for several months now it crashes in less than 30 seconds on all our iOS devices. It’s not usable, and it’s barely supported. You can’t get in touch with the “live chat” (actually slow email with weeks’ response time) because the app crashes too fast to send a message. Annoying.

This app is awful!
This app stays open on my phone for maybe 10 seconds and completely shuts down. What the point in having this baby cam if I can watch my child from anywhere?

The app constantly closes out and disconnects from my monitor. I have redownloaded it multiple. Times and updated it. Terrible video quality as well
Works…..sometimes
The camera works sometimes and other times it does not. It’s not moved since it was bought and installed. Also, there have been instances when the app won’t stay open for more than 30 seconds. I will be trying to view the camera, it finally loads, then the app closes itself within a few seconds.
Terrible going to just buy a Nanit again
This app they use is terrible to set up an account for multiple tries and a few days it says to enter a code sent to the email and the code doesn’t show up until the time has expired so it makes you do another code.

Never connects
Omg why does this thing never connect to the monitor? Also, I logged out to troubleshoot and can’t log back in. The email code doesn’t work. Worst part is it’s behind a really long timer. This app is unusable in its current state.
Camera won’t load unless you restart several times
It was working better for a bit. But a recent update really set it back to a pretty bad state where you have to restart the app several times to get the camera to load. My camera is near my router so it’s not an issue of connectivity. It’s a loading issue

Connection and app functionality got progressively worse, and all the typical resets didn’t fix it the issue. Customer service was unable to correct it either.
DONT GET THIS APP
Save yourself time and money and ANNOYANCE do not get this camera surveillance system at ALL!! Horrible lag and never connects so I can see my girls.
Long load times. Lots of restarts
It takes a while for the video to load and if it doesn’t, you have to restart the app. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Get it together!!!
