My first impression when I look at a trailer for a movie it’s just a black screen with just sound.you want me to pay a subscription for your streaming but you can’t even get a trailer to play

Seems like they’re all about selling novels and movies now. Can’t even find the creepypasta section.
Worst customer service ever
Supposedly someone from your team canceled my subscription after I was charged twice last year and now I have been charged again which has overdrafted my account, thus I was unable to go to my doctor since I had to pay a copay but was unable. So I ended up having a complete meltdown and panic attack and ended up at the er. Thank you for this. I have been very stressed out and this has sent me over the top. Refund my money and cancel for real this time or I will hire an attorney!

Miss the old chilling app
Back in Covid, I used this app to listen to scary stories more often as everyone was locked in their home. It was full of stories with different genres and it went as far as I could fall asleep with it playing as I loved it so much. I just redownloaded the app… and to see how much is changed and there isn’t as many horror stories and like all the horror apps being movies and only a few horror stories. I have to say this app sucks now. Your app was perfect before and I don’t know what you changed it.

Doesn’t work
App will not stay open for even a second even after all troubleshooting steps taken. Very disappointing
Crashing
The app is crashing every time I go to launch it. I hope they fix it, I miss this app.
Can’t watch movies
You can’t watch movies on your phone with this! There is no way to make movies full screen. Tried toggling my rotation lock and deleting and re-installing the app. Instead, I’m stuck watching a movie in a tiny thumb nail on my iPhone pro max. Can’t even screen cast to my Apple TV. When I try that the app blocks me and tells me to stop casting! I paid $55 for an app that is complete trash! DON’T PAY FOR THIS APP!

Great app
I enjoyed some of the independent films & short stories…but I hope the developers fix the bugs for leaving reviews & ratings for the movies. I have trouble getting the typing & clicking on the star rating.

Great to pair with Shudder
I know for film Shudder is the main monster but I love having Chilling with me on the go, audio books in the car, spooky short stories at the gym, playing while I work, in a waiting room! As a fan and supporter of Chilling since the beginning I can tell you Chilling can keep the cozy spooky going in all facets of your life! Chilling gets you access to not just movies but all horror media!

Best app for stories
I absolutely love this app, there are so many different things you could listen to there is truly something for everyone. I love true crime and I have yet to find a better app, but the creepy pasta stories are also amongst my favorite. I have recommended this app to every one of my friends that likes all things spooky like me 🤩🤩

This app is great if you love horror. There’s audio so you can listen to it while you try to sleep or during a long road trip. Great content.
Solid horror app
I really like the app. I’m here for the stories so I wish there were more of that and less movies but I have had the app since Version 1 and still haven’t listened to all the stories so I’m not mad about it. I like the ambiance and variety of narration. It’s a little annoying it has some issues working with the sound on the control panel on Apple products sometimes but overall I’m really happy with it

Versatile Horror App
I personally believe this is one of the best apps you can get.. i listen to all sorts of things when i’m working or at home with my daughters. i can say that this app forces me to pay attention, they really outdid themselves.

It’s good
I’ve had this app for a few years now and I’ve been happy with it so far. It has had its down moments in the past but for the most part it is good. I love hearing scary stories from the different people who tell them and I love being able to watch movies on here as well.

I’ve been subscribed to this app since the beginning. It’s had its ups and downs for me, but all in all there’s nothing else around like it. If I had friends that were into this kinda thing, I would definitely recommend it to them. I’m a daily listener and I literally can’t live without it.
