HORRIBLE DONT BUY
Don’t bother buying this. Don’t work at all. I question the AI qualities of it because they make you wait in line. Also ever since I’ve signed up it looks like they’ve tried to hack my Google account. DON’T DO IT!
Disappointed
I really liked this for the first few, then after updates to the app, it gets stuck in uploading 0% or stuck transcribing. I had 2 stuck in upload for over a month. I had to delete the app and start over (thank goodness was the recording was still on the device). I am already stuck in upload inc and transcribing. Wish there was another app that worked with this device.

Disappointed
Drops part of conversations and then combines with following conversations that are separate - very hard to use since the updates. Unless you pay does not translate, says there are conversations in a que that dont exist.
Got it connected after deleting the app and re downloading it.
I’ll get back to you once I start using all the functions. I love this idea for an app. Praying it works!
Really hating my experience!
I will agree with another reviewer. I am recording meetings and when I try to transcribe it stays on transcribing for a long time and nothing happened. It stays at 0%. The device is attached to the back it’s connected.
It also states that I’m able to do other things on my phone. I tried that and came back to The same state.
Yesterday it failed to prescribe a recording I left the app open. When I returned to it, it was stuck in a transcribing state, and I couldn’t get it to finish transcribing. I could not transcribe any other recording. Eventually, I had to uninstall the application and reinstall it, but I lost all of the titles I had given these recordings which was about 15 or so.
If I could rate lower than a one, I would. I think this is a fail for me. I plan on returning my note.
I really wanted to have this work, and the disappointment is real and huge. I actually thought this was going to help.
Until now I was using JUST PRESS RECORD and I think I’m gonna go back to that.
UPDATE: THE APP RECORDED ME WHILE I WAS SLEEPING!!! Sending back.
