HORRIBLE DONT BUY
Don’t bother buying this. Don’t work at all. I question the AI qualities of it because they make you wait in line. Also ever since I’ve signed up it looks like they’ve tried to hack my Google account. DON’T DO IT!
Disappointed
I really liked this for the first few, then after updates to the app, it gets stuck in uploading 0% or stuck transcribing. I had 2 stuck in upload for over a month. I had to delete the app and start over (thank goodness was the recording was still on the device). I am already stuck in upload inc and transcribing. Wish there was another app that worked with this device.

Disappointed
Drops part of conversations and then combines with following conversations that are separate - very hard to use since the updates. Unless you pay does not translate, says there are conversations in a que that dont exist.
Got it connected after deleting the app and re downloading it.
I’ll get back to you once I start using all the functions. I love this idea for an app. Praying it works!

I will agree with another reviewer. I am recording meetings and when I try to transcribe it stays on transcribing for a long time and nothing happened. It stays at 0%. The device is attached to the back it’s connected.
It also states that I’m able to do other things on my phone. I tried that and came back to The same state.
Yesterday it failed to prescribe a recording I left the app open. When I returned to it, it was stuck in a transcribing state, and I couldn’t get it to finish transcribing. I could not transcribe any other recording. Eventually, I had to uninstall the application and reinstall it, but I lost all of the titles I had given these recordings which was about 15 or so.
If I could rate lower than a one, I would. I think this is a fail for me. I plan on returning my note.
I really wanted to have this work, and the disappointment is real and huge. I actually thought this was going to help.
Until now I was using JUST PRESS RECORD and I think I’m gonna go back to that.
UPDATE: THE APP RECORDED ME WHILE I WAS SLEEPING!!! Sending back.

Transcribe stuck
Updated software and now lost EVERY recording I had. App says another file is being transcribed when I had to delete every freaking file!! Lost gone! Why and what is the fix!!
So Much Potential
Started using this for meetings at work and I will say it does what it says it will do. However, I do laugh at some of the transcribing and how it clearly doesn’t get the conversation totally correct. I enjoy the transcribe and the summary options. Couple of complaints / improvements they really need to make. 1st make the app landscape as well as vertical, just common sense on that one. 2nd upload to web needs to be much easier and be able to batch upload. It gets frustrating when it says it uploaded and it isn’t there. Would be great if you just did an automatic sync between all devices on the account. Overall, I am still with this product, and curious to see the improvements.

Transcription times out
Transcription times out if trying to do after recorded in the app even if you try to keep the screen active and in front, it still fails on recordings over about 15 minutes

WAY way too slow to be useful. So very unfortunate.

Wanted to like this but, it transcribes too slow. A 30 min recording takes at least 10 min to upload. Then, if your phone times out, it has to start over again. I’m not liking it.
Easy to use
The app is easy to use and I appreciate that it does not require you to pay for translations. The transcriptions are performed through ChatGPT so there are really no concerns with accuracy.

Good not Great
I have used this for two lectures. The transcription is spot on with some minor issues with technical words and lingo. The various summaries are good but no significant difference between meeting notes and automatic summarization. I haven’t loved the mind mapping yet. My main criticism is the back arrow is above the time readout on my phone. The touch screen does not function in that location so I have to close the app and relaunch to get back to my saved transcriptions.
