ひどい仕様。
アカウント登録する際パスポートをNFCで登録するしか手段がなく、読み込みに失敗しアカウント登録出来ない。
なのでチェックインできないし、予約もできない。
問題を通知する手段もないから改善される見込みもない。

会員登録できない
会員登録で、パスポートのIC読込みステップがありますが、読込みボタンが反応しない。おまけに日本語モードでもエラメッセージが中国語で理解不可能

The app is badly made and doesn’t allow me to register. Set up process is confusing and badly organized.

Невозможно зарегистрироваться! Сделай так, чтобы можно было регистрироваться людям с паспортом без NFC, в России есть такие паспорта на 5 лет.

随便试了下，语言改成日语货币改成沙特币就搜不出机票了，而且还改不回去了。改语言和币种的界面无限白屏重启也没用。
Bugggy
We all know China will one day dominate the world, but it doesn’t yet so we don’t all speak Mandarin. This app has a lot of basic bugs. The sms to reset the password does not work! You should have a backup system of code to email.
Useless and Not working
To sign up, the app forces you to read your passport via NFC; then it does not read names in Latin characters correctly. So would not let you sign up and would not let you use any function. Waste of time. If you download it, it’s only to delete it again. :-(
Don’t bother
Jumped through hoops to register only to be told it can’t find my ticket. Their IT backend is still in 1990s.

Can’t believe a country with world renowned companies like Alibaba, Tencent still has such a low quality app for a major airline. Can’t do online check in. I have to go to an airport to validate my flight. Why can’t you use trip.com as a template to improve your app

The app is useless and barely show any information similar to the other one that only operates in mandarin language

Putting in everything I can find regarding ticket information and it can’t find my booked tickets! Worst app ever!!
Can’t do basic tasks
Rubbish of an app, can’t do basic tasks. What’s the point of existing.
Unusable
Even with correct given flight information it doesn’t show you your flight. Basically useless & it also malfunctions in translating everything from Chinese.

비밀번호 찾기에서 등록된 휴대폰 번호로 인증번호가 오지 않아 비밀번호 찾기를 할 수 없음(한국)

Разлогинивает. Работает через одно место. Не возможно нормально зарегистрироваться на рейс.
