It is easy to operate, and the set up isn’t hard to use, this is the go to when I’m looking were my bus is

Knowing that you can have eyes on your baby while they are in route to school and have made it safely is a blessing. I just wish that it was on the afternoon bus as well. But both bus drivers AM-161 & PM-153 are very pleasant and prompt. Thank you all!
Can’t even create an account or log in
I wish I could attach a screenshot but it has been saying “The server is down- please try again later”
Inconsistent
App features does not often work, only maps that give a estimate which when needed no notification for sub route drivers.
Tracking
I love the app when it works , the biggest issue is tracking , I NEED to be able to see when my children’s busses are coming so we aren’t standing out in messy or too hot weather for too long .

The app is all right it’s good for tracking The bus and I don’t really see why people have a problem with this. I guess there were bugs, but I don’t know, but the app is good try.
Awful school bus tracker
The app sends multiple notifications that the bus is within 1 mile; but, it freezes or crashes when you open it.
Works sometimes, sometimes not!
The app is good when it actually work. There are may yikes it drops connection to the bus and makes it hard to track. Hopefully it will continue improving!
Trust worthy untrustworthy
This this app was chugging along fairly well when seemingly the bugs had been worked out during the first two months of school. Well, the teachers are off on strike so I didn’t know at that point. But in the last month, it was working out fairly well, except for now when the storm has come and possibly the driver has changed buses or something because now it doesn’t work at all. So now in the most unpredictable time we don’t have use of the app.

Worst app
This app is ridiculously bad. It barely opens and when it does it can never find the bus - “not reporting”. It’ll send some notifications but i cant even see the notification in the app if i try to see it again.

Horrible App
App works 40% of the time. Not dependable. PGCPS needs to pick another App for school bus tracking because this is TRASH! Not a reliable app and does not work.
Fix your app
The app sucks. There’s always something wrong with it. The bus never puts the information in there and it’s always wrong. It keeps logging me out and then I can’t log back in. I had to delete now. I’m having problems with it again.
Won’t verify
Gives me my the verification code but won’t accept my password and verify it. I’ve tried a password reset too and still nothing. Doesn’t work at all.
So many issue
It might be that this is harder than I’m giving it credit for. The school system signed up for this and it was a train wreck. Nothing worked. I gave them a few months. Still no tracking, occasionally an ETA usually not. No notifications, no bus scans. Nothing. Utterly worthless. HereComesTheBus used to have is occasional issues but they would get resolved not linger for for 4+ months.

Good app but randomly kicked me out and I was unable to log back in

The bus figure is to big, the refresh rate is to short, you can’t even increase the map size before it refreshes again. I wish it was more like “HERE COMES THE BUS” App.
Great for those always running behind
This app has been a blessing in the mornings when we are racing the clock to get out the door. It’s great to have a quick glance to give updates timeframes for making it to the stop prior to bus arrival. It gets the kids moving faster too. It will save us from standing there in the cold if we’ve already missed it as well.
