About
A simple workout log. A clearer picture of your training.
Chisel helps you record your sets, see what you lifted last time, and understand which muscles you've trained. Built for people who choose their own workouts and want an easy way to follow their progress.
LOG YOUR LIFTS
Record weight and reps, bodyweight exercises, and timed movements. Choose pounds or kilograms, adjust your sets, and keep an optional rest timer close at hand. Recent sessions are right there when you need a reference for your next set.
SEE YOUR MUSCLE HISTORY
Explore a front and back muscle map showing your training history. Primary work gets full color and secondary work a lighter tint, both fading over seven days. After you've logged primary work for more than five distinct muscle groups, Chisel suggests the group whose primary training was longest ago.
BUILD YOUR OWN WORKOUT
Choose from 150 illustrated exercises or create your own. Plan around muscle groups, arrange your exercises, and set your targets. Repeat a past workout as an editable plan or add an exercise while you train.
FOLLOW YOUR STRENGTH PROGRESS
Review individual exercise trends and your Strength Index, a summary of changes in logged performance and volume. See your completed sets by muscle group to understand how your training is distributed over time.
KEEP A USEFUL WORKOUT JOURNAL
Look back through completed sessions, correct a set, and pick up an unfinished workout. Your workout history stays on your device, with no account required.
Your training, made visible.
Muscle colors summarize primary and secondary training recency, not measured activation or recovery. Chisel records and summarizes your workouts; it does not prescribe a training program.
