Pushup Guide โ Your Personal Pushup Progression Plan Pushup Guide is a smart pushup training app for Apple Watch that builds a personalized workout plan based on your strength level. IMPORTANT: This app does NOT count your pushups automatically. You manually track your reps โ enter them via Digital Crown in test/AMRAP sets, or simply complete the displayed reps and tap in regular sets. โ HOW IT WORKS โ 1. INITIAL TEST Start by doing as many pushups as you can. Rotate the Digital Crown to set your rep count, then tap to confirm. The app analyzes your result and assigns you a level (1โ20), which determines your training intensity. 2. HOME SCREEN Your current level and training day are displayed at a glance. The app follows a 3-day schedule: โข Day I: 5 sets with an AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) set โข Day II: 9 sets calculated from your Day I performance โข Day III: 9 sets calculated from your Day II performance Tap to start your workout. Long press to access reset options. 3. SET SCREEN Each set shows the target rep count and your current progress (e.g., "1 / 5"). Tap the screen to mark the set as complete and move to your rest period. Long press to return to the Home screen. 4. REST SCREEN A countdown timer guides your rest between sets. Tap to pause/resume the timer. Long press to skip rest and proceed directly to the next set. 5. AMRAP SCREEN The "As Many Reps As Possible" set lets you push your limits. Rotate the Digital Crown to enter your rep count, then tap to confirm. This result determines your level for the next week, making the plan progressively harder as you get stronger. Long press to return to the Home screen. โ IMPORTANT SETUP โ HealthKit Permission: Go to iPhone โ Settings โ Privacy & Security โ Health โ Pushup Guide โ Enable all categories to allow workout tracking. Always On Display: To keep the workout screen visible during your workout, go to Apple Watch โ Settings โ Display & Brightness โ Always On โ Show Apps โ Turn on Pushup Guide. The screen will remain visible even when your wrist is down, and the rest timer will count down accurately. โ FEATURES โ โข 20-level progressive system that adapts to your strength โข Personalized rep counts calculated from your performance โข Automatic rest timer between sets โข HealthKit workout recording โข Home screen widget showing your current training day โข No subscriptions, no ads โ DISCLAIMER โ This app provides general fitness guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, or any other medical condition or concerns. A simple workout log. A clearer picture of your training. Chisel helps you record your sets, see what you lifted last time, and understand which muscles you've trained. Built for people who choose their own workouts and want an easy way to follow their progress. LOG YOUR LIFTS Record weight and reps, bodyweight exercises, and timed movements. Choose pounds or kilograms, adjust your sets, and keep an optional rest timer close at hand. Recent sessions are right there when you need a reference for your next set. SEE YOUR MUSCLE HISTORY Explore a front and back muscle map showing your training history. Primary work gets full color and secondary work a lighter tint, both fading over seven days. After you've logged primary work for more than five distinct muscle groups, Chisel suggests the group whose primary training was longest ago. BUILD YOUR OWN WORKOUT Choose from 150 illustrated exercises or create your own. Plan around muscle groups, arrange your exercises, and set your targets. Repeat a past workout as an editable plan or add an exercise while you train. FOLLOW YOUR STRENGTH PROGRESS Review individual exercise trends and your Strength Index, a summary of changes in logged performance and volume. See your completed sets by muscle group to understand how your training is distributed over time. KEEP A USEFUL WORKOUT JOURNAL Look back through completed sessions, correct a set, and pick up an unfinished workout. Your workout history stays on your device, with no account required. Your training, made visible. Muscle colors summarize primary and secondary training recency, not measured activation or recovery. Chisel records and summarizes your workouts; it does not prescribe a training program.
