Logging In

Been having similar issues to others where my app is reset on its own and now when I try to do already have an account and forget password it closes the app every time my family and I were really enjoying this app in the amenities. It came with wish we could get some help.

App stopped working

We were loving this app the last few months. But suddenly when I open the app, it acts as though I’m a new user. When I click that I already have an account, the app force closes. I guess we have lost all our data we had on there. My son is bummed.

Great app except for constant subscription prompts

I like the app, which got my kids motivated to get on with their routines.
I got the lifetime unlimited access IAP, however, still get pop up prompts for subscription every now and then. This is dangerous as my kids can inadvertently tap on the Continue button to subscribe to a monthly subscription. I am now hesitant to continue using the app if the prompts keep on showing up. Please check and disable the subscription ads for already paid users.

Great app for kids but why should you have to pay to do more chores

I tried creating an account many times restarting my phone, resetting the app deleting and re-downloading the app, but it wouldn’t let me

So u can add accounts and u have to do math because of the rewards and how many coins u have. u can spend ur coins to have rewards! Great game lazzlo ab! Pretty Useless

Looked cute and seemed like it could be a good app, but didn’t work out. Tried to add one habit and it kept crashing - just a blank, dark green screen. And it doesn’t seem as if you can customize the habits or rewards to things you want. Will be uninstalling.

Only for little kids

Looks like a good app, but I discovered it too late for my kids. I wish it could be customized for older kids/teens. I imagine my kids would have thought it was too childish by 10yo, maybe 11. Seems like a good tool for families with very young kids. Every kid and family is different, but probably best suited for kids 4-10yo.

Great app but needs a bug fix

Love this app but it needs an update. Have not been able to load it for a week.

Frozen and will not do anything

I just downloaded this app and paid for the subscription because it looked like just what my family needed. I went through some of the set-up and now it is frozen on a screen. I have turned my iPad off several times, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it is still on that frozen screen. I tried to download the app on my phone and I get an error code. I can’t find anywhere to email the developer for help. I hope to be able to use this app and give it a better rating, but right now I cannot until there is a resolution to the issues.
