chQC

chQC is a quality control tool for trial prints. It enables press operators to assess the quality of test Cryptoglyphs, which are patterns supplied by AlpVision SA. A first set of Cryptoglyphs is targeted for varnish coatings, and a second set is targeted for solid inks. chQC scans the material printed with Cryptoglyphs using the back camera of the iPhone, and verifies that the test Cryptoglyphs supplied by AlpVision SA are correctly printed.
