No customer service either. Link doesn’t work. Lost money.
Unplayable
Literally unplayable. The only things you can see clearly are the cut scenes. When you get to the actual game part everything is covered in bright boxes that are white, making it hard to see anything. It puts the white boxes on everything that you can interact with, you’d think this would be a good thing. But when windows are opened they are completely white so you have no idea what you are supposed to do in the windows. How are you supposed to play when you literally can’t see anything. This is why the game is literally unplayable. And I was excited to see the story even if it is just a demo.

バグって見えない😭
9年前からクリスマスストーリーズのシリーズは可愛くて楽しいのでよく購入していますが、リトルプリンスとこの回などは画像がバグっていてアイテムなど真っ白で全く分かりません。
互換性のある機種なのにとても残念です。
また次作も可愛い猫や動物キャラクターのストーリーを期待しておりますね。

Bizarre graphics and super glitchy
This game needs to be updated, the graphics are horrendous and feature white squares instead of the images. There is something very wrong with it and is unplayable. Please fix this game!
Can’t actually play game
I love this series but this is the second one that will no longer download correctly. I was hoping they would have the issue fixed by this year but they haven’t. No help from support. Very disappointed because years that it did download I really enjoyed it.
