Not happy with this company
This company I did the trial and told them it wasn’t in my budget. I tried deleting them off my google page and it keeps being put back on my business page. I asked them to delete everything and don’t get in your response. The only response to respond to is if I wanted to sign up. I feel like they took over my google business page.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not work with these people. They are deplorable human beings who steal your money without your consent. They can’t take no for an answer when they aren’t producing results and choose to keep taking money from you instead of being ethical. They handle cancellations like sore losers. Do not work with them I am begging you.

During the 2weeks trial was good. But after started paying for the services, they didn't remember that I've already shared all my clients confidential information. And set up wrong area for mapping(Local SEO). And the campaign they suggested didn't work at all. My suggestions were ignored even though I'm the business owner. Kept asking me different type of marketing which cost me extra. So happy to stop paying for this service anymore.

Can’t believe I actually got clients
Absolutely love their app and whatever it does - I got new clients to my salon within a week of signing up and they now just keep coming. And all of this at such cheap pricing. Thank you for growing my business and all these clients I have got
My experience
They built a website for me. But I came upon some difficulty and needed to just end the subscription. Had $1300 in car fees and needed to recover from that. I asked them to no longer debit my account. And remove the subscription via the Chrone app, and several emails . I finally got smart enough to close the account where the debit was coming from , still getting emails at the attempt to take money after requesting several times to end the subscription and for them to delete my account. They initially did a good thing but poor business. Beware they will still take your money— and won’t relinquish your google profile over to you. Hopefully now I have their attention!

Loved the service!
I was initially skeptical after reading some reviews but I am so glad i gave this company a shot. Not only they have helped me get new clients but have made life easier for me.

Disappointed from the apps
I donnot want to give even 1 star. I deeply regret believing in CHRONE; it's a scam. I usually don't trust online marketing, but somehow, I fell for their free 14-day trial. They were very nice initially, but eventually, they started taking my clients from Google and sending them to me. When I found out and asked to cancel, they complied, but it turned into a nightmare. Since then, I haven't received any phone calls from Google or bookings through my website. Despite multiple calls to them, and their assurance that all landing pages and changes were removed, my clients haven't returned. I don't know what to do. Please, do not trust the app called CHRONE. It's a scam, and they operate from India. Beware of this scam. I still believe they are controlling my page. Going to call google for help.

Super easy to use! Unless importing large quantity of contacts I no longer need my lap top! I just create the newsletter from my phone and send out!

Great app. Wish you could assign tickets to other users in the mobile version though. Other than that I love it!

When you’re in the trenches and burning rubber, this app really helps to drive home the most relevant aspects of each call to keep you moving. At the same time if you want to dive a bit deeper you can. Anyone having an issue with this app isn’t using it for its intended purpose.
