We booked at Tee time at Dundee golf course in Nova Scotia last week. The course was closed that day due to bad weather. The course told us to contact Chronogolf for a refund. It has been 5 days and still waiting for Chronogolf to refund. Our group won’t be using this software to book anymore rounds

Putrid for android phones
This app works well and as expected for apple products. However, I switched to an android phone and it is awful and doesn’t work any longer…tried to get a time last night at my local course and it was holding my time for 5 minutes. The button to confirm was greyed out until I submitted all 4 gofers as residents and added two carts…even then I would click the now green ‘continue’ button and it just failed to work. I lost the tee time. I will use my iPad until such time as they fix this corrupted model for android unfortunately.

Très facile à utiliser , les balises de recherche devraient être plus à jour car si fais une recherche et que tu n’as pas le mot exacte cela ne te donne rien. Ca serait bien d’être capable de rentrer nos points par fois où on réserve
Easy to use.
Great system, easy to use. Only suggestion is to have a way to identify junior members vs. Adults.
User Friendly
Access and editing were found to be user friendly for most courses.
This isn’t true however for Widder Station. You can only book yourself once and then there’s a 6 hour waiting period to book an additional t-time.

Have tried to Register with a protonmail account but says that someone with that hotmail account already exists. Can’t distinguish better providers

Bring back date scrolling please
The Apple app is better than the new Android UI by a mile. I hope it does not get moved towards the Android UI.
But, the date selection recently got much worse moving to the calendar style. You used to be able to scroll horizontally or click across several dates, with a + sign at the end to get to the calendar.
Now, it’s just the calendar and if I want to see the next couple days, I have to press 4 times instead of one for each day. This makes it so difficult in comparison to what it was. Please change it back. Thanks

Golf
Unfortunately app is not working most of the time - reflects badly for golf courses in revenue issues due to bugs in app. Needs new programmer or developer who knows how to have a functioning app
Removing players
Once you add the maximum amount of players for a round, you can’t remove them when you schedule a different tee time on another day

Super convenient app, but can be a little too convenient because it is easy to book tee times by accident sometimes.
