Trash company and trash app

This app is awful, so a perfect pair to this company. I truly feel bad for anyone who is stuck with Chugach Electric, glad I’m finally out.

Never works!

This app hardly ever works. There is always a glitch, an issue so I always end up using the web to log in. It’s so frustrating. Why can’t they fix it?!

Incompatible with iOS 18

This app is trash, developers need to update it to work with iOS 18. It would not let me login.

Broken in iOS 18

This app is completely broken in iOS 18. I can login but nothing works after that, no recognition of tap/touch. Either Chugach failed to update or their app developer didn’t bother testing their platform against the latest iOS release.

Complete garbage,

Does anyone at Chugach Electric actually tested this, have their IT Dept even tried it ?, I'd be embarrassed, it's complete garbage.
I can't even get pass the log-on, it just freezes there,
