Trash company and trash app
This app is awful, so a perfect pair to this company. I truly feel bad for anyone who is stuck with Chugach Electric, glad I’m finally out.
Never works!
This app hardly ever works. There is always a glitch, an issue so I always end up using the web to log in. It’s so frustrating. Why can’t they fix it?!
Incompatible with iOS 18
This app is trash, developers need to update it to work with iOS 18. It would not let me login.
Broken in iOS 18
This app is completely broken in iOS 18. I can login but nothing works after that, no recognition of tap/touch. Either Chugach failed to update or their app developer didn’t bother testing their platform against the latest iOS release.
Complete garbage,
Does anyone at Chugach Electric actually tested this, have their IT Dept even tried it ?, I'd be embarrassed, it's complete garbage.

New Update is 1000x better!
It’s been a long time coming, the previous version was very frustrating to use - but I am blown away with this new update! Easy to use, easy to find info, not lagging/freezing, overall the user interface is excellent. Thanks Chugach!
Endless Loading
This app is ridiculous. Can’t even pay the bill on it with its endless loading. Fix it - you provide for the city.
Doesn’t work at all
If I could give this app zero stars I would. Your better off going to the website to pay your bill. Nothing ever loads, it just spins and spins.

Constant crashing, infinite loading wheel, payments that show they went through but haven’t.

Way too slow
This app would be good if it weren’t so slow. 90% of the time for the last two years that I’ve had this app I would have to log out and find some other way to pay my bill. It is way too slow even when I have full bars on my phone.
Worst app I have
This app should be sent back to the developers for improvements. The lag and crash amount is in the multiple minutes timeframe. I dread using this app.

Problem
This app don’t work every single time I try to open the app it will just keep loading and loading and don’t get anywhere.Be nice to have a good app from you all that really works it will make it easier for customers to make payments on a good working app
Not a working app???
Watching the loading wheel spin around for ten minutes makes it difficult to pay your bill. Apparently you have to buy a computer to pay online. 🙄
Update your app!
I know you have a small user base but come on. This application is the slowest EVER.
App keeps loading and loading
Please fix your app! It’s cut off/not centered so I can’t even read half of it. It loads and loads and I get no where.
Basically not usable
This app is impossible to use, I have not been able to successfully make a payment on this app for two months. I would rate 0 stars if I could.
