Portrait view on iPad is annoying
We deserve to be able to choose from portrait view to my preferred landscape view (on iPad or iPhone). Stuck with only portrait view to see billing etc on my iPad is quite annoying. I use a keyboard folio. If the app continues without being updated to allow landscape view, how about I opt instead to have paper billing mailed to me?

Cant make payments
This app is literally useless. It shows no data on your usage and you can’t even pay your bills
asks for updates when no update
not the greatest app. for something so simple, it should have things running well. every time i open this app it tells me i need to update… when there’s no actual new update
No good
The new up date is all I get on my screen when I open it. I have never been able to make a payment on it. The website is awful as well
