Portrait view on iPad is annoying
We deserve to be able to choose from portrait view to my preferred landscape view (on iPad or iPhone). Stuck with only portrait view to see billing etc on my iPad is quite annoying. I use a keyboard folio. If the app continues without being updated to allow landscape view, how about I opt instead to have paper billing mailed to me?

Cant make payments
This app is literally useless. It shows no data on your usage and you can’t even pay your bills

not the greatest app. for something so simple, it should have things running well. every time i open this app it tells me i need to update… when there’s no actual new update

The new up date is all I get on my screen when I open it. I have never been able to make a payment on it. The website is awful as well

can’t login, app crashes, useless. despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app, no joy cannot login app crashes.

I experienced crash. Reset iPad and still had crash. Deleted app and reinstalled. Still crashing immediately.

The screen shows it loading and then goes to screen view.

Couldn’t even tell you if it’s good or bad
Could not get statements to load online so I downloaded the app. Even worse, the app won’t even let me log in due to “invalid password”…the same password that gets me logged on on my desktop.

I haven't had a problem with the app until now. It is frozen and won’t open for me to pay my bill. I have deleted the app and re downloaded the app and still frozen. Idk if they are having problems with the app or not. Not would like an update as to why I can’t get into the app and pay my bill. Thank you.

Your app seems to be acting up. Please provide an update.
It crashes
Please update, app doesn’t even open and when it does it crashes after the login screen.
