Waste of time.
When I order ahead, they still don’t make my food until I show up to get it. Saving me a exactly 0 time. When I complained they insisted it’s because they make it fresh. Then why have an order ahead option? You’ll still wait in line the same amount of time and wait just as long. One star seems high.

I love the fact that I can order food through my phone so I can go pick it up then waiting in lines. It is so convenient and so easy to use for anyone.

Points took some time to come in. But overall a quick and easy app. Churches have the best tasting chicken. Especially their chicken sandwich very cost efficient too.

Church’s has always had the tastiest most succulent chicken tenders I have ever had. Even though I hardly ever get the chicken sandwich when I go there….I always get tenders as a satisfactory replacement. OFC EVERYONE goes off on their honey butter biscuits and not to mention those Jalapeño Bombers 🤤🤤🤤

Update the menu.
While the interface and ease of use is great, I didn’t give 5 stars because the menu is not complete. For example, when I used the app to order last month, there were no sandwich options. Please fix and update.

Love this app! You should definitely get as it’s easier and quicker to order here than place your order by calling. Plus you get points with every purchase which you can redeem at any point for future purchases and $$$ off…

Tried to download the app to make an order and to sign up, they only have several other countries listed. It really should be listed in the all description that it’s not for US and what countries this is available in.
