Double the distance
My Fitbit read exactly 5.1 km when I finished the walk today, but this app (connected to my Fitbit) read 10.3 km. What the heck?
Hate the app. Worst one ever
One of the worst apps I have had to use year in and year out. If we didn’t have friends who we walked with, would not even participate as the app is so hard to use and simply a deterrent. HATE this app !!!
App is horrible
I have tried repeatedly to join an existing team, and I just get an error. I already donated, but it still forces me to donate again if I want to use the app to track my miles towards a friends team. Poorly executed and not user friendly at all.
Activity Tracker
I do not have a button for activity tracker. It was suggested that I delete the app and download again. I did that and it still doesn’t work. Super frustrating.
Great Cause but a Brutal Site/App
Accessing information is so difficult.
Can’t get support
We have a contest for month of August for km tracked but my distance won’t sync with Apple health. All app permissions are granted and it was working a month ago. Tried reinstalling. Can’t submit support ticket online as nothing happens when you actually hit submit (no matter how many times you try). Very frustrating.

Would give zero if possible
So many problems. Don’t do it. Laggy app. Frequent error messages saying “not connected to the Internet” even though I am. Logging kilometres that do not accumulate. Piss poor design. And the kicker: unable to log a ticket with the developer to rectify.

Not User Friendly
The idea of an app is great, but it’s poorly executed. If I can connect it with other apps on my phone, why’s as the ability to sign in using Face ID not added? Signing in each time is frustrating.
With such a push on the avatar usage, it’s annoying to have to leave the app to edit your avatar.
When linking to the health app, users should have the option of which data to share, instead were told to turn on all categories or tracking won’t work.
Finally, why does the app allow you to upload a profile picture without the banner, but the desktop version forces the banner? The banner is poorly sized for the profile picture in general.

Quirky App
Not user friendly. If you want to change the permissions you need to uninstall. The tracking didn’t work for my run, luckily I used a backup app.

Walk
Every year I enjoy walking with my friends that I usually walk with, but understand the circumstances with the covid pandemic. I will have to do it elsewhere with other friends, but I just want to give a huge shout out to the people at the Canadian cancer society and the breast cancer foundation for letting us all be a part of getting together. Thank you for all your hard work for making it all work

NEEDS IMPROVING
Some things work well, like tracking donations and thanking contributors. The tracking of activity is terrible. Not sure how the virtual part works when I can’t get my activity to register. Not user friendly.
Doesn’t track distance well.
I tried to track laps around a track but it only tracks the distance from you starting point, so after 1 full lap the distance was at 0 because I was at the starting point. Other parts of it work fine

Pretty crappy app in my opinion. Took forever to customize my avatar and I don’t find it easy to view donations.
Won’t let me log in
I tried logging it but it keeps saying my credentials are invalid. After trying several times I finally reset my password online, but the app will still not let me log in.
Ok App
Makes life easier to send donation updates straight from the app to your social media acts. Very convenient.
