Can’t login
Worked fine for a few years now it won’t let me login. Keeps saying “error occurred “
Login not working
Can’t use App to login, I can only login from the website. Keep getting an error occurred.
Garbage app
Can’t login to the app. Seems like a common pro for the last 6 years…

Enter login credentials and says there’s an error. Tried several times over several days. Must log in through web browser

Junk app
When creating a password, it repeatedly states “invalid password.” It doesn’t matter what password, or how many times tried, it keeps stating it’s an invalid password. I’m deleting it. The app is junk.
Cannot pay through app anymore
It says “loading” for 2 second after clicking on the button but nothing happens. It was working 6 moths ago. It worked on the website. I payed with a check.
The absolute worst
If I could give this app zero stars I would. Do you even know what a quality check is? Who released this garbage? I hope CIG didn’t waste my money paying for this

App not working
Have had trouble logging in on app multiple times in the past three days. Just sits there and spins then if I’m lucky it might go through on my second or third attempt. Also after I pay my bill it gives me a confirmation number and shows it’s zero balance due but actually it doesn’t even process through my bank. This has happened on two bills in the past 30 days - ever since the new update it’s not working.

App not working
I have been trying to login all morning and it’s not working. I am able to login off my computer but not the app. I would hate to be in an emergency situation trying to get help from this site.
Horrible app experience
In order to file a claim you need to use the app but I constantly receive error messages while trying to submit my claim. Customer service doesn’t respond to emails and the website is unhelpful. Please invest in better ux designers and developers because this is a horrible app experience. I will consider changing insurance companies due to the horrible customer service at CIG

Doesn't work no matter what you do
App doesn’t work, only online login works
App login doesn’t even work, only desktop online works.
Can’t log in
Tried over and over to log in using the same credentials as on the website and keep getting a login error. Stupidest idea for an app if you can’t actually log in.

I can sign onto the website just fine but, I get an error with the app. You can’t expect people to use your product when it doesn’t work. Guess I’ll find a company who spends something on their online user experience.

Logged in fine for awhile but then I updated my policy number and my login keeps giving me an error message! The website is awful as well and mainly advertises the use of the app…which doesn’t work.
Use website instead
App is broken and will give you login error. Use website instead. Web UI is a bit old but otherwise relatively painless
