gotta give credit where it’s due

been using this app for over 2 years now, under corporate insurance. the overall claim process (of filling up the claim form) is rather smooth. I wouldn’t say it has the best UX, but it’s better than most insurance trash apps out there where a simple back button could nuke your whole draft.

logins actually don’t fail half the time (yes, this is the benchmark for insurance apps) and the UI isn’t constantly shifting and jumping around, can’t ask for more I guess

Claim is troublesome

Limited panel coverage and troublesome to claim if not on the panel. Also need to watch out for the amendment of your claim amount since no notification is issued for any amendment
