Bugs, Crashes, slow app

The app doesn’t work properly, takes a lot of time to login, a lot of bugs, crashes, did not manage to submit the reimbursement through the app, had to apply from the desktop website

Make loading little fast

I am really annoyed with this landing page.. every time I open the app, I have to swipe 3-4 times , click on login button again. Painful

If I enable FaceID, why don’t you let me go inside the app quickly. Why is this welcome screen again and again?

Sign in doesn't work

UAE is not the whole of Middle East. Can't even sign in. Cheapening out on user experience is very telling about Cigna. The best thing about the company is their sales team 😞

Much faster and better experience

I have been using SmartCare app for a while and must admit that the new version is a huge improvement. Everything feels much faster and the overall experience is so much better. Great job in making the app more friendly.
