Unbelievably Bad
There is no way to check which document(s) you have uploaded to support a claim. There is also no way to correct a mistake/edit a claim/upload a document after it has been submitted. I’ll wait for the claim to fail then.
Doesn’t Work
After opening on iPad A18 it’s not possible to type in user id or password. Use the web portal.

Very disappointing app. Always glitches in the app and hard to access. Disappointing app and really useless.
Worse than the old app
….if that’s possible. Astonishing considering the resources and experience of CIGNA. Clunky, repeated requests to re-login “to protect your personal data”, doesn’t make correct use of the iPad screen space (written for iPhone?). New problem: The app takes control of the device’s camera, then appears to deliberately downgrade the quality to make it fuzzy?? etc…

This recent update is much more refined and user friendly, thanks to the team👍🏻

Internal error makes entry into app a game of chance. Similar problems as old app. I’d expect Cigna to have the resources to do better
