Needs fix
Please fix it so when a violation is created that note actually shows in the violation again. This is horrible!

Download for offline mode issue
I have certain communities that I need to do violation drives for which are not in the best cellular coverage area. I’ve tried downloading these communities and I keep on getting a network error however I’ve got 4 bars of 5G ultra wide. I have uninstalled and reinstalled I have verified and changed all of the settings and I still get this error.
I cannot effectively do my job if the tools cannot be consistently used.

Practically Unusable
Tried to escalate and open violations and although my other apps are functioning properly, I can’t click into anything. I tried opening and closing the app.
Absolute Joke
Lacking the most basic functionality such as name search or homeowner account review. The need to download and upload via the website is archaic.
Pointless
The app hardly ever opens, and when it does, there really aren’t any features that are useful from a management perspective. Seems like a wasted opportunity to create a great tool.
New update extremely laggy with 5G data
Unable to search street names, have to exit out of app multiple times to reload. Drop down button does not seem to work, poor functionality. Extremely slow compared to the previous versions. Please increase offline storage as 1GB is not enough for most large associations with 300+ units. Thank you!

Very limited and had issues
I’m surprised that this app doesn’t allow you to start or access work orders which seems like an important part of doing a site inspection. I understand the need to process violations and escalate violations, but please add the functionality to access or add work orders. Also it seems to connect, and not connect and constantly dealing with updates

Crashes on DB connection to server constantly.
Search doesn’t work on individual units just street names.
Not visually pleasing and hard to navigate.
Bad spacing between buttons. It’s a tablet app, use the available screen space for easier navigation.
Adds inefficiency to an already cumbersome process.
